ASA filaments
ASA filaments are one of the most popular technical filaments on the market because they offer high UV, water and chemical resistance. Due to its optimal performance and longevity in demanding environments, this material is perfect for electrical housings, tools, outdoor appliances, sporting goods, moulded components and other similar applications. Moreover, the AzureFilm production line has some key parts printed from ASA filaments.
This material can be printed without an enclosed printer but we strongly recommend using an enclosure or enclosed 3D printer.

Printing recommendations:
- For the best results, print at 240–260°C.
- Recommended printing table temperature is 90–120°C. We recommend using an enclosure or enclosed 3D printer.
- Use a glass bed, PEI sheet, Kapton, or Blue tape for the build platform with 3Dlac spray.
*Ideal temperature may vary when using different printers.
